This is a premium Japanese restaurant. Every detail of the restaurant emphasizes the status of its visitors. The architectural project "SU MO" was awarded a gold medal at the international design festival. The restaurant's hall is designed in white, red and dark brown colors, unobtrusively referring to the Japanese style.
The restaurant's kitchen is adapted to the taste of a European gourmet. At the same time, the true basis of Japanese kitchen - products, sauces and cooking technologies - are carefully preserved in SU MO. The restaurant's credo is fresh food. Fish and seafood are delivered in the shortest possible time by plane from Moscow.
In addition to the main menu, which includes sushi, soups, hot dishes and desserts, in "SU MO" you can order dishes cooked on teppan - a special Japanese oven.
